Division.

looking for the incumbent candidate to take
direction well, follow through on various
projects to completion and to provide

This is a highly visible position which
requires the candidate to administratively
support the marketing function within the
division. This includes preparation for and
attendance at various trade shows throughout
the year across the U.S. The incumbent
candidate will be very approachable and team
oriented in their manner and will serve as a
representative of the organization at these
trade shows.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Department Support:
a) Assist with
all administrative functions (copying,
preparing documents, typing and dictation,
organizing guest visits, luncheons, etc.)
b) Maintain
corporate brochures (on-hand quantities,
print projects when needed for trade
shows, print for other departments for
marketing packages when needed)
c) Assign bid
numbers and process paperwork; maintain bid
logs
d) Establish/Maintain Bid Library; control
document versions, archive and manage
working and submitted bids
e) Assist in
trade show organization and attend select
trade shows providing booth admin support
f) Process
initial paperwork for new bids / proposals
g) Print,
copy, bind, distribute request for proposals
h) Assist with
soliciting information from departments and
employees for newsletter content
The Administrative Assistant duties will
vary and may include phone support, website
support, organization of "social" functions
for the division, preparation of
correspondence, processing of various
paperwork, etc.
Requirements:
Associate's
degree or 3-5 years’ administrative

provide software technical support for three
(3) computer systems in Cairo, Egypt.
The
successful candidate must have a solid
background and understanding of Visual Basic
to include troubleshooting, analysis and
programming.
Responsibilities will include
