CURRENT CONTRACTOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACTS:
The
Surface COMS contract to support the
16B14A, 16C53C, 20E18A, 20G6, and 20E19 training devices
at EWTGLANT Little Creek, VA; 12D8, 15F12, 20F15A/9,
20F15A/10, 20F15A/11, 20F15A/13, and 11G2 training
devices at FCTCLANT Dam Neck, VA; 14A12, 20F18A, and
20F23 ASW training devices at SUBTRAFAC Norfolk VA;
20G6, 16C32, and 20E10 training devices at EWTGPAC
Coronado, CA; 15F12, 20F15A/3, 20F15A/9, 20F15A/10,
20F15A/11, and 20F15A/13 training devices at TTGPAC San
Diego CA; 14A12, 14D28, 14E35, 20F18A, and 20F23
training devices at FLEASWTRACEN, San Diego, CA; and
12D8, 11G2, and 3F88 training devices at CSCS San Diego,
CA was awarded to FIDELITY in 2009 (FIDELITY is the
incumbent contractor for this program, awarded under the
FTSS I ID/IQ contract in 2004). Support for these
simulation systems includes preventive maintenance,
daily readiness testing, operational support, training
device reliability / availability, corrective
maintenance, inventory management, repair /
replenishment of spares and subassemblies, janitorial
support, and all administrative / management functions
required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and
local policies and procedures.
The
HELO COMS contract was awarded to FIDELITY in
2009 to support the simulators for the SH-60B, MH-60S,
SH/HH-60F/H, MH-53E, VH-3D, VH-60N and C2A helicopters
located at Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island in San
Diego, CA; NAS Corpus Christi, TX; Naval Station (NS)
Norfolk, VA; NAS Jacksonville, FL; and NS Mayport, FL.
Support for these simulation systems includes
preventive maintenance, daily readiness testing,
operational support, training device reliability /
availability, corrective maintenance, inventory
management, repair / replenishment of spares and
subassemblies, janitorial support, and all
administrative / management functions required to ensure
compliance with federal, state, and local policies and
procedures. Additionally, Fidelity provides training
instructors at the Marine Corps Air Facility in
Quantico. MCAF Quantico is home to the flight training
simulator for the VH-60N, which currently serves as
Marine One: the Presidential helicopter.
The E-2C COMS contract was awarded to FIDELITY in 2006 to support the 2F110, 15F8A, and 15F8H training devices located at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Point Mugu, Oxnard, CA and the 2F110, 15F8C, 2F166, 2F168, and 15F8H training devices located at Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA. Support for these simulation systems includes preventive maintenance, daily readiness testing, operational support, training device reliability / availability, corrective maintenance, inventory management, repair / replenishment of spares and subassemblies, janitorial support, and all administrative / management functions required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures.
The Surface COMS and Fire Fighters, Technical Training Equipment (TTE) and Training Support (TS) at Recruit Training Center (RTC) Great Lakes, IL and Training Support Center (TSC) Great Lakes, IL was awarded to FIDELITY in 2004. Surface COMS support includes preventive and corrective maintenance on simulation training devices and fire fighting training systems located at both RTC and TSC. Technical Training Equipment support includes preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment used to teach Class “A”, “B”, and “C” schools for Engineering Schools Department (Steam Systems, Diesel Division, Gas Turbine Division, and Hull Division) and Combat Systems Schools (Gunners Mate Division, IT Division, ATD Division, and ET Strand Division). Training Support includes managing the 3M (Material Maintenance Management) program on site and supporting electronic classrooms. In addition to preventive and corrective maintenance for these support areas, FIDELITY provides inventory management, repair / replenishment of spares and subassemblies, janitorial support, and all administrative / management functions required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures.
The NAVAIR: P-3 In-Service Engineering Office Contract was awarded to FIDELITY in 2006 to perform engineering and technical support services, training system modifications and technical data verification tasks at NAS Jacksonville, FL. The P-3 ISEO office provides life-cycle support for P-3 training systems, specifically: 14B58, 2C23, 2C41, 2F87, 2F140, 2F142, 2F179 training devices.
CURRENT CONTRACTOR INSTRUCTOR SERVICES CONTRACTS:
The Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Contract Instructor Services (CIS) contract was awarded to FIDELITY in 2008 to provide quality aviation training through standardized instruction to ensure that student aviators and flight officers obtain the necessary knowledge and skills required to support Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force aviation strategies. These learning objectives are met through the use of simulator and classroom instruction and reinforced through mentoring / overseeing Learning Resource Centers (LRC) using Multi-Service Pilot Training System (MPTS) and the Multi-Service NFO/AF CSO Training System (MNTS) processes. FIDELITY supports CNATRA basic flight training at NAS Corpus Christi, NAS Kingsville, NAS Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field and NAS Meridian on T-34, T-44, T-45 and TH-57 training platforms. A dedicated Program Manager is assigned to this program, located at NAS Kingsville, who works collaboratively with CNATRA to ensure training meets required learning objectives.
The Contract Instructor Services, Naval Air Force Pacific Fleet (CIS PAC) contract was awarded to FIDELITY in late 2005 with a contract start date of January 1, 2006. This follow-on contract to the PAC CSI, on which we were the incumbent, supports NAS North Island, NAS Point Mugu, NAS Lemoore, and NAS Whidbey Island on the SH/MH-60B/R, SH/MH-60F/S, E-2C, F/A-18C/D/E/F, and EA-6B/FA-18G training platforms. Instruction includes classroom, ground school, instrumentation, and simulation training for Fleet Readiness Squadron (FRS) pilot and aircrew personnel. Program management is provided at our corporate offices with each training platform Site Manager having on-site authority to commit the necessary resources to meet the training requirements of the supported FRS. FIDELITY is the first contractor to ever retain the USN Pacific simulation instruction program for two concurrent contract periods, validating our cost effectiveness and outstanding performance.
The Diversified Aircrew Reading Training (DARTS) Contract Instruction/Operation Services contract was awarded to FIDELITY in 2005 to provide all Contract instructor support for DARTS training platforms (SH-60B, P-3) at NAS Jacksonville, NAS Mayport, NAS Brunswick, NAS Whidbey Island, NAS North Island, and MCBH Kaneohe Bay with deployment support to NAS Sigonella, NAS Rota, MCBH Kaneohe Bay, and NAS Atsugi. FIDELITY provides diligent and highly responsive program management through our DARTS Program Manager located at NAS Jacksonville. This dedicated program management approach benefits both the contracting agency and end user (customer) with strong corporate support to ensure that specialized instructors with the requisite educational and administrative talents are provided at each site to effectively and successfully perform all required tasks within the scope of this program.
CURRENT FACILITIES OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS:
Morale, Welfare, & Recreation (MWR) and Base Housing (BH) Services – In 2003, FIDELITY was awarded a major subcontract from IME, prime contractor, to provide janitorial, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel supply support services for Bachelor Housing and the majority of the janitorial & maintenance support for MWR functions. FIDELITY supplies 42% of the labor support services on this program. FIDELITY’s MWR services include janitorial, general maintenance, snow removal, grounds maintenance, and base events planning and execution. FIDELITY maintains all of the systems and structures that support the GL / MWR bachelor housing and MWR facilities, including the HVAC and electrical systems, plumbing, and repair work, which consist of over 40 buildings and thousands of tenants. FIDELITY performs corrective and preventive maintenance on these facilities. FIDELITY’s responsibilities for Bachelor Housing (BH) include front desk services, rental check-in / check-out, housekeeping, janitorial services, maintenance, repair, restoration, and upgrade, snow removal, grounds maintenance, and supply services.
U.S. Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Milwaukee, WI – Awarded in 2003, FIDELITY is responsible for maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utility, fire protection systems equipment, emergency generators, automated controls and interior and exterior architectural and structural systems. FIDELITY manages the total work effort associated with the operations, maintenance, repair, and all other services required to assure these services are completed, to include a full range of management duties such as plan development and implementation, planning, estimating, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records, and quality control.
Management Operation, Maintenance and Engineering Services for Federal Buildings / Courthouses in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Greenwood, South Carolina – Awarded in 2004, FIDELITY provides operations and maintenance services for federal buildings / courthouses located in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Greenwood SC that includes a metrics based Quality Assurance program based on “Key Performance Indicators” (KPIs). Maintenance and continual improvement of the metrics within statistical parameters maximize the life cycle of the asset and ensure tenant satisfaction. O&M support includes all mechanical, electrical operations, maintenance, repair, janitorial, architectural / structural, water treatment, generators, fire systems, automated controls, snow removal, pest control, landscaping, interior plants, trash and recycling.
Binghamton Federal Building / U.S. Post Office, Binghamton, NY - Awarded in 2006, FIDELITY performs operations, preventive maintenance, repair and corrective maintenance on all mechanical, electrical systems, water treatment, fire suppression system, backflow preventers, electrical systems, automated controls, chillers and boilers.

Hanley Federal Building, Syracuse NY - Awarded in 2006, FIDELITY is responsible for maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utility, fire protection systems equipment, emergency generators, water treatment systems, Automated controls and interior and exterior architectural and structural systems. |
