Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance for over
five years reveals our dedication to Quality and

Our Quality Policy: Fidelity Technologies
Corporation designs, develops, and manufactures electronic and electromechanical systems and
subsystems, and provides services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Fidelity continually improves processes.
Our policy establishes our Quality objectives, which
simply stated, is that by meeting customer expectations
at a fair and reasonable price, we realize a fair and
reasonable profit, repeat contracts, and continued
growth. We continually improve processes to improve the QMS, and enhance customer satisfaction through product
and process improvements.
As part of our improvement process, your feedback is
important to us. We welcome and encourage you to submit
comments and/or a
Customer Satisfaction Survey to our
Quality Manager for review by our Management Group. This
will assist us in effecting QMS as well as product
improvements.
Our QMS Scope: The design, build-to-print,
assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, preventive
maintenance, operations, and services of electronic and
electromechanical products and systems for Government,
including Department of Defense, and Commercial clients.
Our Quality Evolution: 1988-1992 (MIL-I-45208,
Inspection Program); 1993-1999 (MIL-Q-9858, Quality
System); 1999-2003 (ANSI/ASQ/ISO 9001:1994 Quality
Management System); 2003-Present (ANSI/ASQ/ISO
9001:2000)
Fidelity’s quality requirements are program dependent --
each quality plan is tailored to meet the quality
requirements dictated by each program. To assure that
our systems are in compliance and effective, Fidelity
maintains an internal audit system with which trained
employees conduct periodic audits of the quality
management system.
Customers benefit from our efforts to consistently
perform more efficiently and cost-effectively, and to
implement ideas, tools, and technologies to streamline
processes and extend product life. These efforts are
evident in the receipt of numerous repeat contracts,
program awards, and commendations from our customers.
